Lotem communication error

whenever we start or restart our lotem working machine which stated error as below

01. communication error with left local card or
02. communication error with punch card or
03. communication error with distribution card

once we reload the registry or restart solves the problem but earlier the error comes once in a whilefor a day but nowadays it comes whenever we restarts or start the machine...

sometimes the same error will stated like this

01. Left local card doesnot respond or
02. punch card doesnot respond or
03. distribution card doesnot respond

Kindly let me know some suggestions regarding this...
