lotem expose error

Morning onwards we faced problem in Lotem 800v2 48 laser fiberhead ; punch problem after changing the punch we faced gripper problem after that we faced altch off error now we sorted out punch and latch of error but now the problem is plate is coming like foogy and undeveloped plate or u can say like expired (old plate) ...

right now the laser working is 12-43 but now it shows at the ttime of exposing 12-38 only..

we reloaded the registry earlier, at the time of expose it shows spiral count 1 after exposing finish it shows spiral count 3 ;

Kindly adivse, we faced latch off error several times...;

find problem in lasers 35-43... now results are good in kodak plates.. but problem in VINSAK plates.. but upto yesterday result was same on both the plates with laser group 12-43 now the results are different in both...

Any idea how to make the results ok in VINSAK .... need to calibrate Focus / intensity / resolution or need to increasee the sensitivity level because earlier its 160 mj/sqm and now also the same but result is not same in both the plates kodak is ok VINSAK is not ok ..

Kindly note that chemical is VINSAK ... Going to try with Max right now and will update the result asap..

any idea how to sort out the problem for vinsak... whether its related to old stock or date of expiry ; if its related to old stock then how it works perfect upto yesterday without any issues..

Try cleaning the lens protector first.

You may have a bad diode 13 - try calibrating diodes increasing the power and see where it starts failing. Then reduce the laser power for your vinsak plates below that level set the drum speed proportionally to maintain the same power on plate. The diode may need to be replaced eventually
