LP68 error - unknown format message

Hi

We have an AGFA LP68 processor, with every plate that it processes it displays 'unknown format' and asks if we want to clear the error, it seems to come up with the error when the plate clears the output sensor, the processor does not cut out and will process the next plate even with the error still displayed.

Any help with this ploblem would be great.

Thanks
Bob

Wait until the processor is in ‘Processing & Ready’ mode and avoid overlapping of printing plates. If printing plates overlap, the processor will detect an unknown format or a too long printing plate. Having said this your Lp-68 has an error (ie: temp high or...) This will cause the processor to go on Wait and ready mode( when the error rectified). You are fetching the imaged plates and the processor is confused and can't measure the Plate sizes. Do you have an error? What is the error which will lead your processor to wait mode? No error! Check your Plate data base. Did you enter the right plate sizes? Yes! Align the Trolly, if you have one. Aligned! check your output/input sensors with Androdiag. All of them have to be on if you put a piece of Plates on them.

Hope this will help!
