Mach 5 constantly cleaning issue

We installed a brand new Mach 5 and from the 3rd day it constantly runs a cleaning cycle every 20 seconds when NOT running a job. We have the dealer looking into it but no answers yet. Anyone have the same issue and a possible fix?

Latest firmware upgrade will fix that somewhat, you can then set your Cut Sheet Throughput Mode to Max, in the box just below that in the Mid Job Servicing box set it to 4. It changes from approximately every 65-70 for a cleaning cycle to more like 965 envelopes ran landscape. But beware of other issues arising. Hope you have better luck with your Mach 5.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond on the issues I mentioned, motherboard issue, had one go out on a machine that had less than a million impressions. Installed new mother board and started having other issues, would stop printing but would continue feeding envelopes. And now have a machine that has completely crashed.
