One saved image contains the tonal ranges found in the file. After XMF renderings, the ratios drop significantly, resulting in significant loss. Our offset printing machines are Zonten 340x588 and CTP is Acento II S. Our plates are ZX-30 negative plates.how can we solve this problem ?

I’m guessing you’re comparing the file before and after rendering. During rendering, “CTP Calibration Curves” and “TVI Compensation Curves” are usually applied to ensure the printed result matches the chosen standard. This process adjusts the CMYK tone values, but it doesn’t indicate that anything is wrong, it’s simply part of achieving consistent print quality.

Maybe - unless it doesn't happen on the OTHER items as well.
It could be something as simple as a SPOT COLOR name or included profile confusing things depending on the RIP settings.
This is one of the reasons people get frustrated with prepress - it can be HARD to diagnose issues.
It is COMPLICATED.
