Mako 4 ctp imaging issue - Help!

Dear colleagues,
We are facing a problem with our Mako 4 CtP, in the last week he has left unrecorded segments on the plate. We clean everything, change plates, resolution, etc. nothing work.
Any idea?

Finally today got this message from the ctp: Error 2812 (media handler)"Laser can't generate sufficient power"

Hi Comandante.

This problem sometimes it is caused by power supply wrong operation or overheating. in both cases you need run internal test.
