ITS USING AN RS282 SCSI TO USB ..HOW DO I ESTABLISH MY CONNECTION TO BE DETECTED BY MY CTSERVER SOFTWARE

Send me pictures showing the CTP input connectors, and the rear of Ctserver computer. ECRM platesetters can only be connected either via SCSI or USB 2.0 depending of input ports and ctserver software.
What version of Ctserver do you have ? Dongle is parallel LPT or USB type ? Don't tell me what's written on the dongle... find out what software version is it.
