Man Roland 304 feeder problem

Hello guys.
We are having feeder issues with our Man Roland 304.
The feeder head does not collect the paper from the pallet - the feeder does not go low enough.
We have cleaned sensor and adjusted them in the head but no luck at all. Check the voltage etc.

The timing seems ok also.

Anyone here that can maybe help?

Does the he feeder pile come up to the correct height (6 mm below the flap?)
