Mgi dp60 - static

Hi
We have recently purchased a DP60 press form MGI and attempted to run a plastic
job (approx 1250 13 x 18 sheets). We encountered major static issues and had to sublet the job to hit the deadline even thought the substrate we were using has "outstanding
anti-static properties" according to the spec sheet!

Does anyone who is running a DP40 or DP60 have any advice that they would be willing
to share?

Many thanks Cormac

Dear Sir,

May I know which is the material and the spec used for printing on your DP 60. We do have a Meteor Dp 60 installed in India.
Awaiting for your reply.

How do you like the machine? How is it running on paper? Tried it on heavyweight surfaced stock? Any info is appreciated.

Do you have MGI s product of Presscard pro and Punchcard pro.

Run a static tube in-line from the blower compressor. That will help durring the feeding. Turn up your humidity in your place as well
