Missing Printing Cues on Xerox 700 & Fiery EX700

We updated our Fiery to current software updates on the RIP server and to Command Workstation 5. Upgraded all our Mac stations to Snow Leopard and updated the Printer Drivers.

We no longer see the Fiery HOLD, Fiery PRINT and Fiery DIRECT printer cues when installing new printers in System Preferences. Anyone know what went wrong and how we can get these back?

Luckily I didn't update one Mac and we now have output all files from it.

PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. Thanks in advance.

sounds like a Snow Leopard issue.

Still, you should be able to create an LPR queue using the IP address and either HOLD, PRINT or DIRECT as print server/queue name.

you might try creating the connection to your printer using Command + K and adding a new connection to the printer IP address. After you have that established perhaps they will appear, or perhaps you will have to make some hot folders.
