Mitsubshi Echo 1630 III

Can anyone help me, I have a Mitsubshi Echo 1630 III CTP system and the darn thing just will not image on the plate, I have changed chemicals and placed new roll in unit ?
operates as normal but no image ?

What color is the plate?
Black = fogged
Silver=no exposure
Purple=no activator from spray bar

Yes with no luck

Cheat door switch,shine flashlight into right hand side of
Rack,run another prefeed or a real job, you should see activator raining down from spray bar?
(3 jets) if not,this in the problem
