moire patern with Alinte 8

We coupled Alinte 8 with TIFF catcher software to our existing workflow of Esco Plato 10.02, and Flexrip 10.0,
When we out put files at 3650 dpi and 175lpi, we face this problem. Specially with magenta. We have same resolution and lpi on the RIP too. On the tiffcature we have set " use angleset from the RIP option too, Any one can help us,

Are you getting moiré when only one color is printing?
Are you getting screening moiré - e.g. flat tint areas made from two screen tints or are you getting subject moiré - e.g. where the halftone screen clashes with the image itself.
What screen angles are you using?

we use C-15,M-45 Y-90 and B-75,
even in single color we can observe it, Specially Magenta. When we print 45 tint across a area apatern like checker board appears.
When we print the same file on older platesetter (Esco) we do not see such effect

Have you confirmed that the tiff is being created at 3650 dpi and that the platesetter resolution is set at 3650 dpi?

A moiré occurs when two sets of closely spaced patterns interfere with one another. Your screen angles are fine, but you are seeing moiré in single colors, e.g. magenta. So, assuming that there is no pattern on the substrate that you're printing on, and because you're not seeing it on a different plate setter when imaging the same bitmap file, then I can only assume that the second pattern must be introducing itself as part of the imaging of the Alinte 8. Basically that there is something wrong with the imagining on the Alinte 8 that is showing up as moiré. I would try lowering the dpi of both the original tiff and of the Alinte 8 so that they are both 2400 or 2540 dpi - but still keep the lpi at 175. Running at a lower dpi puts less demands on the Alinte 8 imaging and therefore might not show the moiré.

Your comment is correct, When I reduce the dpi moire pattern do not appear. Does this mean this machine can not print at higher resolutions.
