Mr khoury dampening solution

I have a sm52 -2 mod 1999
I can not get trouble free printing only if i set alcohol dosage to 20% in the dampening solution.
Do it have negative effect as i know that alcohol should be set to 10%

You might have old rollers that require higher settings. 20% sounds high but is not something to worry about.
 
20% is high and it will dilute your ink and you will notice decrease in pigment strength.
Set your rollers properly or as Heidelberg Instructor mentioned, change your rollers if they are worn out.
 
All sound advice do far, I would suggest making sure the pressure between the chrome roller and the form roller is set lightly, maybe 3 mils or so...
