Multigraph CF375 error - help please!

I have got an error on the system (creasing blade appears to be down and doesn't go back up).
Error is "Motor error folding and creasing section".

I cannot find any documentation about what this error actually means.

I have checked the "operations and functions service manual" and the "instructions manual" that came with the machine but there is nowhere in there that describes
what the error means and what the resolution is.

I spoke to the dealer and they advised replacing the 4 fuses in the PCB and then resetting the creasing tool to the relevant position .
He asked me to remove the panel that is at the top where you can move the creasing blade by moving the band around.
I did this but really don't know what the original position is!

Appreciate if anyone knows how to resolve it.

There is a 48V power supply for the motors on the inside of the bottom portion of the machine. Check it if you're comfortable doing such things. I had to replace mine, was able to find one on the internet for much less than the dealer price. Also make sure your paper path sensors are clean and not blocked.

Another tidbit for you - keep an eye on the 4 smaller diameter (1"?) rollers. The material on mine degraded over time, became "gummy", and melted off the shaft and onto the adjoining bigger rollers. I had to replace all 4 of them at once at over $1000 each.

When you had this issue, do you remember if the PCB boards were flashing away.
I would assume that they wouldn't be as if the power supply was faulty then the PCB boards wouldn't be lit up?

Hi, the remote engineer has asked us to check the following:

You may need to manually rotate the crease tool back to the top home position. Turn the machine off and Remove the rear panels to expose the drive belts. Manually turn the crease tool belt so the crease tool retracts to the home position which is open and tilted back. Also check fold knife belts are at home position fully retracted.

I cannot find any photos of what the home position is in the document. Would you have any photos?

If you rotate the creasing bar around via the belt you'll see it go up and down in kind of a circular motion. When it gets to the top stop as this is the upper home position. And yes power off as i think the motor lock if there is power to the machine and belt is frozen. Look at the bottom boards. Small mini 10 amp fuses blow. Should be a tiny light on next to the fuse if its ok.
