Multigraph CF375 jamming

Hi,

We are having issues running 120gsm uncoated on the CF375.
No issues running 130gsm coated or 170gsm uncoated.

Has anyone ever run 120gsm uncoated (or lighter) on this machine?
I know the spec says you can run as light as 80gsm - however, we all know what the sales brochure says vs what can really be done is usually different!

Hi Jagku,

Yes I/we did.
If you follow up the manual (sorry if you didn't have it or read it) they advise "less = more". So first thing with lightweight is lower or cancel airfeed and suction to 0 or almost nothing Also the depth of the crease does matter in these thin cases.

I would look at your roller pressure. If the centers are worn you get no grip on the thinner stocks. Maybe scrub them down real good wouldnt hurt.
