My ctp agfa avalon n8 is locked

Someone know how unlock ctp agfa n8 (8600 screen) . The ctp can't set a new plate. It's a very bad thing from agfa.

Unfortunately, making any plate media changes requires Agfa service. Only they can unlock it.

Hi Ersan, I have one Agfa Avalon b8-24, and not can set new MEdia parameter, Laser power, Drum speed , and focus anZoom parameter.
Can you help me?

To unlock you must contact Agfa. They will generate a file to be uploaded to the machine with RMlight. Unlock can be temporary or permanent.

Yes, you are right. We have to re-edit these data on RM Light, then we will apply new file.

the new frimware can block adding new media and this is valid for Agfa Fuji and Screen machines , cause Kodak block media adding by shell dongle
