Finding good printer for custom mylar bags is quite hectic, still watching if somebody who handle these.

@ninaspears what quantities and how many sorts? Of course "Food Grade" extends way beyond the substrate. The companies specialising in this have invested millions in technology, infrastructure, certification, etc.

However, even if your quantities aren't vast, that is not necessarily a problem. We're in the UK and have sourced relatively small orders of this nature, always bolted onto the end of someone else's 'large' orders, when the appropriate tooling is set up. You just have to allow a longer lead time, otherwise the set-up costs to run a few thousand bags alone will be commercially non-viable.

It's great that you're reaching out for guidance on printing on Mylar bags suitable for food-grade purposes. Ensuring that your packaging meets safety standards is crucial, so kudos to you for being proactive.
To tackle this task effectively, you'll need specialized equipment tailored for printing on food-grade materials like Mylar. Typically, this involves investing in a printer equipped with food-safe inks and compatible with Mylar surfaces. Additionally, consider factors such as print resolution, ink adhesion, and production capacity to meet your specific needs.
