Hi all,
We've run the same mylar tabs on both of these machines for years, but about two months ago we started having deletions on a fairly brand new Oce, a much older Oce BW, and the Ricoh. The Ricoh is much more recent. It only started in the last few days or a week or so. We then tried another brand and got the same thing, which has us puzzled. With two completely different models of printers having issues, we thought it was stock, but when we tried another brand and had the same issue we started to question that. We have only seen this on the mylar coated tabs. Any ideas?
*We do know the mylar tabs are not officially supported on the Oce, but we've run them for years, at least a decade. The tabs are supported by the Ricoh.
