Hi, I have a canon imagepress v1000 digital toner printer;
Recently, on the bottom of any sheet (regardless of paper weight), tiny, faint black dots appear. How can I remove them? A representative from Canon has manually cleaned the toner cartridges, but they still appear; should I wait until I replace them with new ones? do something else?
