Mark Andy has launched an interactive, online resource for customers that provides a database of manuals, troubleshooting guidance, training videos, how-to service guides and manuals.

The training portal—my.markandy—has been designed with Mark Andy equipment owners in mind, including various Mark Andy brands, including: Rotoflex, Presstek and Comco. Their new portal provides 24/7-365 support for users of current & legacy, Mark Andy solutions. With thousands of pieces of data available, maintenance professionals, press operators and facility personnel have access to a knowledge-base that can help streamline pressroom productivity and operations.
