I have timed it at 16 sheets a minute in Banner tray duplex mode if that helps and registration is a bit tail whippy but not too bad

Try and change 117 [Deactivate Image Position Adjustment] to Activate and see if that helps. Yeah always turn off 119. They are trying to automatically compensate for paper shrinking but it seems to cause more problems and I can think of one time where I have actually had paper shrinkage be an issue.
