No display in Nexus Manager job window

Any ideas?

When opening a job in Nexus Manager (Nexus 9.1.1 on Server 2003) nothing appears in the job window. Processed jobs before yesterday appear and are fully functional.

Workflows still functioning normally, but cannot control workflow steps since they cannot be seen.
 
Tried suggestion in the Esko Knowledgebase to increase shared memory size. That didn't work.

PortServer continues to report the shared memory size at the default value and lists a different address.
 
I'm running 9.0.3, so mine may be different. Have you accidentally clicked on any of the boxes below the "Show" menu? They can filter your results of what you see in the job window.
 
That's not it. I think it has to be something with the Server 2003 system software. I can see the main list just fine. It's the workflow steps in the jobs that aren't displaying. Files are being made just fine, just flying blind.

If you back up your computer with time machine, maybe you can just restore Nexus Manager back to a time when you know if was ok.
 
It's not Nexus Manager, either. The workflow details don't show on any of our Macs. Does anyone know what Windows service is responsible for sending out information for a GUI client like Nexus Manager? I think that's where the problem lies.
 
We have windows server 2003, I just checked my services that are turned on. I would say that pretty much anything that has to do with apple or macintosh should be turned on.

Do you have a service contract with esko? You could just ask them.

The Mac OS is not the issue. Everything had been working fine for years, through many versions and re-installations of Nexus.

Then, last week, the details just plain stopped appearing. The rest of the windows show what they should in Nexus Manager. I can view the log, navigate to my ArtPro and job files by using the file menu or by right-clicking in the window that SHOULD show the steps in the job.

No rookie here... been using the same basic rip system since the days of PageFlow.

Have you tried using another Computer?
Have you done a rest to defaults on the Nexus server?

What version of Mac OS are you running?
