Pantone color manager (win)

When using the PANTONE METALLICS Solid Coated library, I am not able to see the Ink formulas (Color Details) for any of these colors.

Why is this?

I am trying to send an email (via Pantone website) to the Pantone Technical Support, but I have no luck... the website reports: Please enter valid Message!

Just FYI, I could finally sent this request via the "Contact Us Form" from the X-Rite website, and I already have an answer from one of their Application Specialists.

"The Ink draw downs are only available in the digital libraries for the PANTONE Plus Coated and Uncoated libraries, but not for the Metallics or Neons or else libraries.

You will need to refer to the physical fandecks, were the draw downs are specified."
