Pantone Connect in Photoshop

I'm trying to make a duotone with a PMS color, but I can't figure out how to get the color from the Pantone Connect window, or swatch pallet into the library of color choices for duotones. This used to be so easy... and I don't have any issues with Pantone Connect in Illustrator or InDesign. Their customer support is worthless. After I let "Roul" from Adobe take over my computer he told me "Pantone is a 3rd party extension, take it up with them". Pantone's support is non existant. Thanks in advance!

I add to the PMS color to swatches and grab with color picker from duotone options window.
