Print out test sheets from Device Center> Resources> Spot Colours. Find the spot colour you want to adjust there. I make profiles for each company and copy the pantone file into that new folder, I always leave the original in place. You can edit the spot colour by adding or taking away from the CMYK mix it has, or clicking on the patch from the sample print out and doing it that way till you get the colour to where you want.

Another option is you can use the spectro that should have come with your machine and scan a swatch of the pantone colour you want to match, I always find I had to adjust after that as well.
