RedTie, a Web-to-print software provider, has a new method for companies to acquire Web-to-print services: using their pay-as-you-go model.
RedTie’s system charges customers for services as they are used–on a transaction fee basis–needing no annual contract. Customers must pay a template fee, maintain a positive account balance and log in at least once every 90 days.
Targeted to smaller print houses and agencies, RedTie points out that this program is not a solution for everyone, as transaction fees for high volume users would be high on such a plan.
