PCC Flexo 2 screening

Can't find much information on this. Can someone describe this screening? Is this a hybrid, or straight round dot?

I'm being told that a particular printer is taking in 133lpi Round dot and processing the files through a Nexus Rips to a PCC Flexo 2 screen, but I don't know what this means? Anyone?

pcc flexo2 screening is a round dot. the reason its different from abs is the angles. cyan is on an 8°, magenta is 38°, black is 68° and yellow is on an 83°, something like that. pcc is the old artworks system company, back when it was an offshoot of DuPont. it is NOT a hybrid dot.
