I have PSE10 software and an Epson Stylus Pro 3880. I've had a long standing problem that I'm tired of compensating for. When I print, say, a 16"x20" image, it NEVER comes out that size -sometimes a little smaller, other times a little larger. The other two sizes I print -8.5x11 and 11x17- come out PRECISELY the correct size. Any idea what's happening and how to fix? Thanks in advance.

What happens if you save your 16x20 file as a PDF and print from Acrobat?

I'm guessing your printing onto 17" roll fed stock. Do you have pre saved print settings or do you select all the settings manually each time?
because you can print accurately at other sizes my guess is the print settings for 16x20 are different from the others ( allow borderless print etc).
take some screen shots of the print dialogue windows and compare the options.
