That patently violates the EULA from Enfocus. You must buy a new retail license.

Fortunately for me, I own a full license hence why I would prefer an upgrade license as it tends to be easier on the wallet ;-)

I have a full license of 08 and want to upgrade to a newER version (not the latest given that it's not upgradeable).
