Overprinting with Pitstop

Hello
It happens that PDF files from Illustrator have white objects declared as overprinting because in Illustrator they were created in black.
Is it possible with Pitstop to remove overprinting globally and without having to select each object?
Or a method to achieve the same result?

Thank you for your ideas - C.

hi,...
it's good ASK, and i want to how .
but, i think you asked wrong , beacuse in overprinting , you dont have white background in your object, beacse over printing cover it in all color.
for example, when you set a square shabe in black 100% and set in overprinting, it's covered in CMY with 100% .

but, i want to know how it possible to set a profile or change in all selected object ...

i thinking and check Acrobat Reader PRO .

you can go to [Print Production -> Convert Colors ] there were that you can set and converting color to any object that you want. like all text in RGB color space to change and set them to All Text in CMYK , or whatever that you want.

All things are possible. Easiest for the white objects is the 'Change Overprint' Global Change.
Double click it to access the options, you probably only want the 'Set White objects to Knockout' part.

We have an action created to remove all overprints. It was here when I was hired, so don't ask me how it was created.
