Found a very useful tool for importing a multipage PDF or InDesign document into InDesign. Have used it successfully with CS6 this week.

Yes, Rob's link actually describes 2 different scripts for nicely automating the import of a multipage PDF into InDesign -- one that ships with inDesign, created by my friend Olav Martin Kvern, and one created by Scott Zanelli that has some nice additional features.

Then you can use one of the InDesign plugins for doing booklet or other imposition, like Croptima's InPlate (haven't tried it yet) or Sterling Computing's IDImposer (I'm the author) -- see Overview | IDImposer
