Plate Image Wear on Web Presses

I would look into the CTP also, just started up a Goss SSC 10 tower press. Ran for about 1 month then the plate wear, happening in as little as 4K copies. It was the CTP, the baking process, not sure on all the technical terms but it was in the CTP process.
