plate issues. slipping

i think i have a trouble machine. now on runs when i change the reg up or down. the plates are slipping out of the clamp. if i dont catch it the plate will eject happends on qm-1 QM-2. i am using printmaster qm-46

Is the plate loading correctly to start with? tight to the cylinder.

Yes it is. Goes in straight and hits bottom on clamp

I had this with silvermaster plates, my blanket was over packed.

Previously the same symptoms was the plate wasn´t loading flat to the cylinder.
