Polar 66EM check sums verify error

Getting this screen when our Polar 66 EM is turned on.
Any help on what the problem is would be appreciated.

Hi sir;

Reset the Cpu, with the small button RESET S1, in the electronic board CPU,

2) chech the Small Dip switch 2; 2.1 +2.2+.2.3 must be ON,

3) test the lithium battery for 3.6Vdc otherwise, you must replace inmediately.
