POLAR 76 EM+ No Pressure on Pedal

My Polar 76 EM+ has no pressure on the Pedal. If you push the Pedal, it goes all the way down to the floor but the clamp does not move. I appreciate any help to fix this problem?

First I would check the switch and the cam at the foot pedal. The switch is activating a hydraulik valve and the cam is controlling the pressure, to give you a possibilty to get the clamp slowly downward and upward. This tests should be done by a professionel service engineer or at least an electrician.

How about after the cut buttons preesed?Does it come down with pressure?

That's the way a cutter works.
Why don't you describe your problem?
Does the foot pedal work?
Do the two LED's at the light barrier change for a short time if you push the cut buttuns.
Is the clamp lowering?
