P PrepressDan Well-known member Aug 3, 2012 #2 pretty much the same thing. Plato is former Esko and Powerlayout is former Artworks. Plato runs on PC only and the big difference is that it creates smartmarks that are more powerful and can be used with backstage or automation engine.
