Preps 5.3 Crash when creating a PPF

Preps 5.3 Mac crashes everytime i go to print/create a ppf file. If i reinstall the software it will work for about a week and then it crashes and will not generate a new ppf until a reinstall is completed. Very frustrating!!!! :confused Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated...

double check your preferences and print dialog settings before hitting the print button. I vaguely remember issues with settings randomly going haywire a while back. BTW, Preps 5.3 just came out yesterday.
