Preps 6.1 Saving Problems

Hi Everyone. Last week our preps 6.1 stopped saving PJTF files properly. When we save them now they end up being a small file and when we move them to be plated on our Magnu400 they say file is no good. We can still print all our old files that were saved before last week including ones done years ago that were saved as PJTF but new won't save properly no more. Of course Kodak told us they can 't help us at all and won't even talk about a service call since the plate machine is obsolete even though it works well. Just seeing if there is a service technician we could find or any ideas on how to fix the problem. Thanks.

When you save a PJTF file, do you save it to the local hard drive or are you saving it to a network drive?

Ok, that eliminates my first idea. Next question (note that I haven't used Preps in years). In terms of the data Preps writes to a PJTF file, is this a preference setting that can be enabled/disabled? If so, maybe one of Preps' preference files got corrupted or something?
