PRINECT META SHOOTER - ENGINE - NO CONNECTION TO SERVICE - Error

Hello friends........

I got SPEEDWAY Error in Meta Shooter..... I restarted the machine but later on when i tried to start PRINECT META SHOOTER - ENGINE - its says NO CONNECTION TO SERVICE


We are using on windows7 64 bit

can anyone help please???
