We are currently running prinect v10 and have been offered an update to v12. The software is provided free but we are being quoted quite a hefty cost for the installation and training. Are there any major benefits for us going up to v12?

Hi, I'm also trying to upgrade from PM10 to PM2012 but our hardware is too obsolite and slow to support it. Still struggling to get approval to go ahead with the hardware before we can utelise the 'free' psa covered software upgrade.
