Hi all!
There is a strong possibility that my shop might migrade from Prinect to Apogee.
If there is someone who's tried both,i'd be very glad hearing his/hers opinion.
The first thing i'm considering is the preps-signa issue.
I have little experience with preps, and to be honest the latest version i remember -5.3 or something- looks a bit monolithic comparing to signa.
We are a medium commercial print shop, and there are days that i may produce 6-8 unique impositions, checking files, making minor corrections via pitstop and making plates at the same time,so speed and ease of use is a major issue.
Another thing that troubles me is what i read in a b4print thread that apogee compared to prinergy is more complicated.
I understand that lack of experience may make someone misjudge software he's not handy at,so even if a apogee only user can write down some pros and cons that would be very helpfull either.
Thank's in advance!
