Print Master 46-2 White Poly Plates problem

We are running white poly plates on PM 46-2. At random times we are getting bad window pane/toning. This happens at random times with oil based and rubber based ink, and on both heads. Is anyone having similar issues?

never heard of white poly plates . what's the setter?: on black polys its usually a chemistry issue but ive also seen paper cause picture framing especially cheap stock . check you fount ph . black polys are between 5 and 5.5 ., I've also seen cylinder pressure cause an issue but that wouldn't be intermittent .
