Print problems

Hi all, can anybody recommend a visualization aid for print problems in Flexo, something that can be shown to customers?
The web seems to be pretty quiet here.

If you do most of your prepress in Adobe Illustrator then this plugin for Ai from Esko may do the trick. Among other things it has a view option that, based on your defined press performance (i.e. min. dot, gain, etc.) will help you visualize press results of your file. VIEWER FOR ADOBE® ILLUSTRATOR®

Here's a nice guide put out in pdf form. Nice guide, but might consider other suppliers for flexographic ink offerings. D
