Printing Issues with Illustrator CS3

I been having this on going problem with printing out of Illustrator CS3. When I go to print a document, it doesn't always print to the printer chosen in the print dialoge box. The document will print out at one of our other printers. It seems to pick what printer it goes to at random. It's not always redirecting to the same printer.

Most of the documents that I print are created in Illustrator with placed photoshop files.

Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

How are the printers set up? Are they just apple talk printers, are they going through a workflow, does a particular server run all the printers...? Or is your IT guy just playing a cruel joke on you...? ;o)
