That reminds me of the time I got reamed out when a file that came to us from a customer on disk had a worm. My boss informed the customer, who then called me and screamed at me that we gave it to him! He kept yelling about how we should have virus protection, don't we have virus protection? I couldn't get it through to him that a worm had nothing to do with a virus and that it came from his shop to us, not the other way around.
