Problems with Acrobat DC

Is anyone else having problems with adding printer marks in Acrobat? Lately i've been opening my PDF's in Acrobat and it won't add the printer marks when I add them. They won't show up even on the preview when adding it.

Ive tried this will supplied PDF's and then I've made my own with known bleeds and it still won't add crop marks. is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

Even if you expand the page crop?

It's looking for a defined trim box; the trim marks are placed outside the trim. But that places the trim marks outside the current edge of the PDF. You then have to use the Crop tool (or Page Box tool) and increase the dimensions of the page (I recommend you just add 1 inch in each direction). Then you'll see the marks.

We don't see that the behavior has changed: you still have to expand the canvas after adding marks

Thanks for the info Michael. Im not sure what it was, but I reinstalled Acrobat DC and everything is working fine now. I think there was a power outage when it was updating and that might have caused it. Thank you again!
