This is why there is product training and pre/post sales technical support delivered by service/training specialists... Not for the customer's benefit, but to make the sales dept. look good in front of the customer as the "go to person"! Instead of the customer contacting support or training, they contact the sales rep, who contacts support, gets the overall message correct but misses the little critical details and then goes back to the customer to "fix them up". :]
