Protected Mode

Hello, our Agfa Avalon N4-30 is in protected mode. I'm wondering if changing it to unprotected mode is possible - has anyone done this before?

I could be wrong but I am pretty sure ECO3 tech support will need to dial in to temporarily disable said protection so that media changes can be made to the Avalon.

Hello i have the same problem here in Mexico but my friend doesnt have a service contract with Agfa anymore, and doesnt want to upgrade, his apogee from Ver 10 to the newest one. so does anyone by chance has the Service User and Password for Apogee 10.

Agfa does that so they can control you all the time. LOL. either you call them or call a thirdparty Screen Tech, so he Resets to Factory and you have Your Avalon Free.
