i have my own label of poker cards i designed in Brazil.
and last year i spent a while time in china most industrial part in order to start manufacture them
while most factory hold Heidelberg machinery.
i have several question regarding printing on plastic cards
that i would like to ask even if you will answer some of the paragraph
it's will be great essiet and i would like to learn from you.
since i try to make cards i found this video in youtube
this video is showing in king of blur way the printing machine
the united state poker cards factory use to produce there card
now it's doest look even a bit like Heidelberg machinery
a chinese friend said it's probably some kind of flexo machine

i would like to know this machine type brand and model if possible
2.
since my art design involve with some glossy art work
and the sample i order (made by Heidelberg 102 cd 6c also Mitsubishi ) when badly sharpness is a bit missing
the print looked pretty coded i wonder what are the advantage of the flexo machine compare to offset Heidelberg printers
that effect the quality???

3. what about industrial laser printer or other machinery that can
guaranty sharpness in art work involve with some glossy effect
any suggestion about any of this type of industrial machinery existing?
4. who as the best flexo industrial heavy machinery what is the most reputed brand?
