Hi guys got a question for you we are a small print shop that uses PSI version 10.1.36 and for the life of me cant get it to run in anything newer than windows 8.1. I’ve tried contacting EFI but they are not responding back to my emails. If anyone would know how to get this program to run in windows 10 I would appreciate it. Please write back. Thanks.

Here is a picture of what the program does when you try to open it. It trys to open but cant find the system files. And then closest

For the life of me I can't understand how a software company can be unresponsive to client's emails 😤
How very frustrating. Hope someone can help you out PrinterDude.

Hi, I have just stumbled across your post. EFI sold all their productivity software solutions to a new company: "e-productivity Software". Purpose-Built Software for Packaging & Print Industries

However PSI is a very old product, so it is quite likely it won't be fully compatible with Windows 10. Your error message seems to imply it needs reinstalling form the Setup.exe. Even before selling out, EFi has dropped support and development of PSI some years back in favour of Pace and Monarch - both of which are quite big and expensive products. So I'm not sure if e-productivity can help you.

Sorry, I can't be of more help.
